General conditions for booking and delivering our services.

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed on payment of a deposit, normally between 20% and 30% of the total. The balance can be paid in Morocco, in cash or by transfer.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance have the deposit refunded in full or moved to new dates. For shorter notice, each case is assessed individually.

3. Itinerary changes

For reasons of safety, weather or events beyond our control, the itinerary may be adjusted. We will always look for equivalent alternatives and let you know in advance.

4. Traveller responsibilities

It is the traveller’s responsibility to carry valid documents, respect local laws and customs, and tell us about medical or dietary restrictions when booking.

5. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance with medical and baggage cover for the whole period of the trip.

6. Prices

Prices shown are per person, in euros, and vary with the number of participants, the accommodation category and the time of year. The written quote we send takes precedence.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Morocco.
